State estimation of synchronous generators under model parameter uncertainty based on set membership filter

摘要: Recently, the phasor measurement units (PMUs) are being rapidly adopted worldwide. Because dynamics of synchronous generator closely related to stability power system, there is growing concern about estimating states generators when disturbances occur in system. In this paper, we study state estimation presence model parameter uncertainty. Assuming that process parameters uncertainty but bounded, set membership filter (SMF) based on ellipsoid algorithm employed estimate generators. Comparing with EKF and CKF, simulations prove SMF more robust provide better results
