摘要: The number of young adults becoming overweight leading to obesity is on an unceasing rise. Attempts have been made tackle this epidemic throughout the UK through varied technology platforms including video games and more recently ubiquitous mobile applications. With a significant increase smartphone usage, applications become ideal platform reach out adults. This paper addresses fundamental value healthy living development app which encourages eating balanced diet particularly increasing time spent exercising by incorporating it into individual’s daily routine. It focuses tackling common barriers currently preventing individuals from their level physical activity aims provide solution problem domain implementing persuasive design principles, models frameworks in android application successfully change or modify behaviors attitudes within exercise lifestyle.
