摘要: Radiotherapy is widely used in cancer treatment, with a growing interest knowing the effect of irradiation at cellular and molecular level. Keratinocyte cells from normal (HOK) or (SCC25) cell lines have been subjected to different doses radiation. Transglutaminase, an enzyme involved many processes including apoptosis, sensitive activity modified cells. The has measured both obtaining 75% difference activity, non-attributable calcium. After subjecting times after shows that response not alike, being TGase less affected by irradiation. In cases recovered 24 h. on purified protein also studied only measuring but changes structure using IR spectroscopy. There small components amide I band associated structure. results would suggest radiation dependent
