摘要: The prevailing view is that individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) are able to think rationally about their obsessive concerns and thus recognize them as senseless. However, clinical observations indicate at least some obsessive-compulsives do not regard symptoms unreasonable or excessive, ideas have been characterized overvalued delusional. In the present paper concepts of obsessions, ideas, delusions discussed compared, available studies insight among reviewed. It concluded can satisfactorily be dichotomized according patients' insight, notion a continuum strength beliefs more appropriate. relationship between degree conviction outcome therapy remains unclear. Methodological issues complicate our understanding OCD considered, theories examined in relation development OCD.
