摘要: Monojet searches are a powerful way to place model-independent constraints on effective operators coupling dark matter the standard model. For generated by exchange of scalar mediator, however, couplings light quarks suppressed and prospect probing such interactions through inclusive monojet channel at LHC is limited. We propose dedicated searches, focusing bottom top quark final states, constrain this class operators. show that search in mono $b$-jets can significantly improve current limits. The mono-$b$ signal arises partly from direct production $b$ association with matter, but dominant component pair kinematic regime where one boosted. A for tops plus missing energy strengthen bounds even more; case background have very different distributions. find an overall improvement several orders magnitude bound detection cross section or pseudoscalar couplings.
