摘要: This paper describes a decision support model for allocating financial resources amongst multiple user groups in environmental management problems. The is based on the criteria analysis (MCA) method of compromise programming. It was used to inform allocation Natural Heritage Trust funds across 14 regions Queensland, Australia. targets funding those with greater natural resource needs. Need determined by 19 weighted relating assets and threats. accepted Australian Government, Queensland Government regional as an appropriate means program funds; first 2005 then again, improvements, 2007. shows that MCA can improve transparency, auditability acceptance decisions which would otherwise be heavily politicised.
