摘要: Abstract Precipitation of phenytoin often occurs as it is diluted by blood after intravenous injection. The presence and the amount precipitate depend upon initial pH buffer capacity formulation vehicle. prediction precipitation can be carried out in vitro using isotonic Sorensen's phosphate (SPB) to simulate blood. An equation developed calculate change solubility resulting from due dilution. This very difficult solve analytically because involves a high order polynomial. However, solved numerically spreadsheet program. relationship between or dilution then presented graphically. Therefore, any solubilized drug under various conditions easily predicted. illustrated for several aqueous solutions.
