摘要: We report 13 cases of anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) associated with breast implants. Patient age ranged from 39 to 68 years, and the interval implant ALCL was 4 29 years. All tumors were composed large, pleomorphic cells that CD30 ALK1, all 7 assessed had monoclonal T-cell receptor γ-chain rearrangements. Two patient subgroups identified. Ten patients presented effusion surrounded by fibrous capsule without a grossly identifiable tumor mass. Nine stage I 1 II disease. Eight underwent removal capsulectomy. Four received chemotherapy radiation therapy. alive disease at last follow-up. A second subgroup 3 distinct mass adjacent implant. One 2 3-year history lymphomatoid papulosis, 1-year before diagnosis died 12 years after diagnosis, respectively. conclude clinical behavior implants is heterogeneous. Patients who present have an indolent course, similar lymphoproliferative disorder skin. In contrast, may advanced or possibly systemic poorer prognosis.
