摘要: The acoustic phonon mode anomalies in the paraelectric phase of tetragonal and rhombohedral (1 − x)Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3−xPbTiO3 single crystals were systematically investigated by Brillouin light scattering measurements. inverse relaxation time both showed a stretched-type slowing-down temperature dependence approaching structural transition instead normal critical slowing-down. observed anomalous part elastic constant crystal vicinity , exhibited -type range from to . On other hand, ferroelectric deviation such dependence. This was attributed interaction modes with strong polarization fluctuations deformation arising complex dynamics polar nanoregions.
