摘要: Objective: Little is known about Helicobacter pylori infections and the immune response to urease CagA in pediatric populations. Our aims were: 1) validate serological assays for antibodies against whole cell extract, CagA, of H. pylori; 2) examine their role diagnosis infection children with recurrent abdominal pain (RAP); 3) antibody responses children. Methods: An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using extracts was validated 50 biopsy-confirmed infection. The IgG IgA recombinant were compared by ELISA 82 RAP 246 age- sex-matched healthy Results: whole-cell extract had a sensitivity 85% specificity 87%. Children more infected than control subjects; however, seropositivity lower among those asymptomatic (34% 23% vs 76% 55%, respectively; p < 0.0001). In both groups children, low. Conclusion: A serodiagnosis native strains developed. difference between subjects suggests that occurs during acute phase results also suggest poor immunogen.
