摘要: A novel, simple and accurate fingerprint method was developed using high-performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array detection (HPLC-DAD) for the quality control of Hypericum japonicum thunb (Tianjihuang), a Chinese herbal medicine used treatment several bacterial diseases, infectious hepatitis, gastrointestinal disorder, internal hemorrhage tumors. For first time, feasibility advantages employing chromatographic were investigated demonstrated evaluation Tianjihuang by systematically comparing chromatograms with professional analytical software recommended State Food Drug Administration (SFDA). Our results revealed that combining similarity could efficiently identify distinguish raw herbs from different sources. The effects resulted collecting locations, harvesting time storage on fingerprints also examined.
