摘要: Background Pancreatic cancer (PC) is one of the worst prognoses amongst all malignant diseases. It therefore great significance to identify biomarkers with predictive clinical value for prognosis and recurrence PC. Methods In our study, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) were used detect expression Exo-EphA2 in serum PC patients controls. Kaplan-Meier curve Cox regression analyses evaluate prognostic primary recurrent Results The level was significantly higher group when compared that control group. High associated shorter overall survival (OS) proved be a significant negative factor multivariate analysis (HR = 1.04, 95% CI: 1.00-1.09, P <0.001). Additionally, we found (first < 12 months) positively correlated at diagnosis. Multivariate showed high recurrence-free (RFS) 1.41, 1.10-1.70, 0.001). Conclusion represents novel biomarker poor patients.
