摘要: Abstract Results are presented on changes in the content and composition of waxes asphaltenes oil produced during transition from primary to secondary recovery following water flooding. Oil samples have been collected for a period about three years one well Prairie Gem field central Oklahoma. Wax asphaltene fractions isolated oils analyzed, qualitatively quantitatively, by high temperature gas chromatography. The results demonstrate significant variations wax flood recovery, ranging 0.7 5 wt%, 11 33 respectively. Moreover, these found be accompanied precede specific production events. month before response flooding indicated an enhanced concentration nC 22 –C 35 alkanes wax. episode plugging equipment was preceded increased amounts molecular weight (nC 50 ) oils.
