摘要: Water-soluble and well-stabilized silver nanoparticles (NPs) of small size have been synthesized using hyaluronan (HA) Tween 80 as reducing stabilizing agents. The effect reaction conditions on the formation process NPs was studied, an aggregative growth mechanism dominated in HA/Tween system at pH 12 has proposed. obtained Ag were characterized by UV–Vis spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy. Moreover, stability HA–Tween 80-silver normal saline also a flexible blend membrane containing chitosan, gelatin, prepared for further biological applications. Due to high specific surface area improved NPs, chitosan–gelatin-silver shown antibacterial activity strains Escherichia coli. cell viability tests indicate that polymer is non-cytotoxic HepG2 cells, which might be attributed its good biocompatibility.
