摘要: This paper describes a rigorous numerical approach for characterizing coplanar waveguide (CPW) discontinuities. develops an integral equation the unknown electric field distribution on slot apertures and then solves it numerically in space domain using method of moments (SDIE). As demonstration, this is applied to derive frequency dependent equivalent circuits case short-end slotline, short- open-end CPW. In addition, S-parameters CPW stub are computed as demonstration two port discontinuity. It shown that shorted slotline always behave inductive loads. However, even odd excitations create different effects. Specifically, excitation corresponds load while capacitive one.
