摘要: Patients with thymoma associated myasthenia gravis (MG) usually present severe disease unresponsive to usual treatment and almost all have antibodies against acetylcholine receptors (AChR). We like a case of post-thymectomy, seronegative MG. A 55-year-old man was referred horizontal diplopia abduction deficit in the right eye two years after he had thymectomy for thymoma. Single-fiber electromyography diagnostic MG AChR titer undetectable. Ocular signs did not response pyridostigmine, prednisolone immunoglobulin treatments patient also suffered from proximal weakness pain extremities. Cyclosporine-A started initial favorable decrease general weakness.
