摘要: Processes involving multi-input multi-step reaction cascades are used in developing novel biosensing, biocomputing, and decision making systems. In various applications different changes responses of the constituent processing steps (reactions) a cascade desirable order to allow control system’s response. Here we consider conversion convex response sigmoid by “intensity filtering,” as well “threshold offer general overview this field research. Specifically, survey rate equation modelling that has been for enzymatic reactions. This allows us design modified biochemical processes “network components” with applications.
