摘要: In order to early and accurately test evaluate the stress concentration situation fatigue damage degree of ferromagnetic component,the sensitive differential magnetic permeability testing technique is be theoretical analysis experimental search.The basic principle characteristics detection technology are studied,and platform has been successfully fabricated.Some experiments measuring performed for carbon steel specimens.At same time,further confirmation realized by initially magnetizing curve materials.Theory testifies that signal proportional permeability.It shows 20steel,35steel 235steel,the initial permeability,which verified low field magnetization curve.For 20steel,when reaches rupture strength,sensitive up 30%.For 45steel,when near 35%.Experiments show a new high-precision method,and broad application prospect.
