摘要: Abstract The drug resistance of cancer cells has become one the biggest obstacles effective anticancer treatments. Adipocytes produce plenty cytokines (also known as adipokines), which remarkably affect exhibited by cells. Different adipokines (leptin, visfatin, resistin, adiponectin, Interleukin 6, and tumor necrosis factor α) can induce in different various functional mechanisms. This phenomenon is great interest pharmacological anti-cancer studies since it indicates that cancers with adipocyte-rich microenvironment, all join together to assist survive facilitating resistance. Studies on contribute development novel strategies for therapy if their roles molecular targets are better understood. review will elucidate underlying mechanisms resistance, may be significance revealing new treatment.
