摘要: Abstract The oxidative dehydrogenation of butane was studied over NdVO4, SmVO4, EuVO4, and Ba3(VO4)2 at 500 540°C. It found that NdVO4 SMVO4 were both quite active selective for dehydrogenation, but EUVO4 less although very active. products butenes, butadiene, carbon oxides, small amounts CZ C3 hydrocarbons. selectivities butenes SMVO4, mixed V-Mg-oxide, Mg3(VO4)2 to be the same, V-Mg-0 much more butadiene than other catalysts were. selective, its activity selectivity declined with time on stream due formation BaCO3. These oxides also showed different behaviors in temperature-programmed reduction reoxidation. observations can explained by a model relates redox behavior catalyst availability oxygen site thus catalytic behavior.
