摘要: • A 56-year-old woman with carcinoid tumor of the gastrointestinal tract, which was metastatic to mesenteric lymph nodes, seen four months after bowel resection new neurologic findings. Results an initial examination suggested infection mycobacteria or fungi, but condition patient deteriorated, and she died antituberculous antifungal therapy begun.
