摘要: In a joint effort between United Technologies Research Center and the business unit UTC Fuel Cells system level dynamic models are developed deployed for design analysis of fuel cell based power systems. The article describes scope challenges within this as well some methods tools used. System modeling systems is challenge that few can handle due to heterogeneous nature system. work has resulted in set proprietary model libraries unique component designs, building upon publicly commercially available tools. have been used build both stationary automotive applications. Examples show complexity simulation results given paper. Since contain large number components, variables full usually exceeds 500. Simulation large, complex pose special problems not seen when working with smaller really stretch capabilities paper also discuss lessons learned respect.
