摘要: Denmark introduced a tax on saturated fat in food products with effect from October 2011. This paper makes an assessment of this for some product categories affected by the new tax: meats and dairy products. is done conducting econometric analysis monthly retail sales data major chain (Coop Danmark), spanning period January 2010 until 2012.The suggests that introduction led to decrease intake cream products, but not minced beef.
