摘要: Higher plants produce divergent classes of metabolites. Metabolic engineering offers tremendous potential to improve the productivity and quality these We present here case studies on two types alkaloids. Nicotine tropane alkaloids, such as hyoscyamine scopolamine, which are synthesized from putrescine in several solanaceous plants, have a common evolutional origin. These alkaloids limited cell root then transported aerial parts where they accumulate. On other hand, isoquinoline morphine, sanguinarine, berberine tyrosine Magnoliaceae, Ranunculaceae, Berberidaceae, Papaveraceae, many species.
