摘要: Two related protein phosphatases 2C, ABI1 and AtPP2CA have been implicated as negative regulators of ABA signalling. In this study we characterized the role in cold acclimation. The pattern expression was studied different tissues response to abiotic stresses. both induced by low temperature, drought, high salt ABA. drought-induced these genes ABA-dependent, but divergent various signalling mutants. addition, two PP2C exhibited differences their tissue-specific well temporal induction temperature. To elucidate function acclimation further, corresponding gene silenced antisense inhibition. Transgenic plants clearly accelerated development freezing tolerance.
