摘要: SUMMARY Heavychain subclasses of121IgGmonoclonal proteins werefoundtobe740% IgGj, 10% IgG2, 12%IgG3and4%IgG4. Light chain showed aslight kappaexcess amongIgG1proteins. Electrophoretic studies ofthese monoclonal andofnormal y-globulin IgG1hadawiderange ofmobility including themostslow(electronegative) proteins; IgG2andIgG4wereamongthefaster moving, while IgG3showed medium toslowmobility. Theaboverandomdistribution ofIgGsubclasses wasfoundineighteen causing hyperviscosity syndrome, whereas amongfourteen cryoglobulins there wasanexcess ofIgG2andIgG3subclasses.
