摘要: The aim of the study was to determine relative day-to-day variation in yield and composition zebu cows. Ten multiparous cows day 41 ± 1.6 lactation were used study. After a 14 adaptation period, milk production recorded daily for four consecutive weeks. Cows had access natural pasture 6.5 h per also supplemented with hay, cottonseed cake molasses. hand-milked calves stimulate ejection before during milking. Average saleable 2.08 0.23 l/day 18 -21%. 23 - 25% fat, 12 14% protein, 6% lactose 8% somatic cell count. fat content higher strip (19 46%) than milk. results indicated larger from hand-milked Bos indicus Zebu machine‑milked Bos taurus cows. most likely reasons difference are suckling by calf that hand-milking entails degree emptying machine-milking does.   Key words: Zebu, cow, milk, variation, composition.
