摘要: Cytochrome c (Cyt c) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) are encapsulated in the galleries of α-zirconium phosphate (Zr[HPO4]2·nH2O, α-ZrP) phosphonate Zr(PO3CH2COOH)2·nH2O (α-ZrPAA), under mild conditions (pH 7.2, room temperature). Thermal stability, activity, spectral features bound proteins largely preserved. The binding constants for α-ZrP range 1−100 μM-1. Cyt shows a much higher affinity (42/μM) than HRP (1.5/μM) has α-ZrPAA. interactions are, thus, sensitive to surface functional groups protein as well ZrP matrix. α, β, soret absorption bands heme protein−α-ZrP composites were essentially superimposable with those native protein.
