摘要: Abstract Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) is conducted on 3D printed eco-friendly environmentally pollutant fly ash cenosphere/HDPE lightweight composite. Cenospheres with varying volume % are mixed HDPE, filament extruded and fed to FDM based printer. Higher crystallinity observed in prints compared respective filaments owing differential cooling rates extrusion printing. Crystallinity drops cenosphere addition pseudo lubricating effect. The of higher than their filaments. Storage (E′), loss modulus (E″), damping (Tan δ) increase increasing content HDPE 60 by cenospheres registered values, implying the potential composite be utilized for weight-sensitive structures.
