摘要: Hair loss may accompany several endocrine disorders, including hypopituitarism, hypothyreosis, hyperthyreosis, hypoparathyroidism, diabetes mellitus, growth hormone deficiency, hyperprolactinaemia, polycystic ovary syndrome, SAHA congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing or virilising tumours. Most patients with disorders present diffuse non-scarring alopecia, such as anagen effluvium, telogen effluvium androgenetic alopecia. Focal alopecia areata coexisting autoimmune thyroiditis, is less frequent and scarring a rare finding in abnormalities. In some cases an disorder be suspected based on dermatological findings during hair evaluation. Classic methods of evaluation include weighing, pull test, wash the trichogram, histopathological examination.
