摘要: Angiotensin-converting-enzyme (ACE) inhibitors have gained a prominent role in the treatment of variety cardiovascular disorders. They been shown not only effective normalizing blood pressure patients with hypertension 1,3 but also congestive heart failure, whom they exhibit beneficial hemodynamic effects and improve clinical symptoms exercise tolerance4,5. More recently, it has demonstrated that ACE-inhibitors reduces morbidity mortality CHF patients6,7, cases following myocardial infarction8. The tremendous search for these other new therapeutical applications lead to an improved understanding renin-angiotensin system. Although renin- angiotensin system was initially regarded as present circulation, dependent on renin production plasma, become clear “local” systems exist target tissues are important regulation9,10. It is even possible major may be through blockade plasma system, rather, this local, tissue ACE systems11. Dzau et al. hypothesized principal function circulating provide short-term homeostasis, tonic control vascular resistance local influenced by intrinsic system12.
