New Possible Methods for Evaluation of Sperm Quality

摘要: Semen analysis is usually used for assessing male fertility based on the rationale and experience that quality of semen sperm cells predict its capacity fertilization. This true in most cases, well-documented literature. Nevertheless, crude criteria such as count, morphology motility do not always cell fertilizing capacity.1 Many other factors can be involved ATP contained,2 fine configuration cell,3 existence antibodies,4 etc. In these cases sophisticated methods evaluation are needed.
