摘要: One recent promising development in the modification of drug formulations to improve chemotherapy is use a liposome-mediated delivery system. The efficacies isoniazid and rifampin encapsulated lung-specific stealth liposomes were evaluated by injecting liposomal drugs free into tuberculous mice twice week for 6 weeks. Liposome-encapsulated at below therapeutic concentrations more effective than against tuberculosis, as on basis CFUs detected, organomegaly, histopathology. Furthermore, had marginal hepatotoxicities determined from levels total bilirubin hepatic enzymes serum. elimination mycobacteria liver spleen was also higher with drugs. encapsulation antitubercular seems be approach tuberculosis.
