摘要: Graves' disease and other autoimmune syndromes affecting the thyroid are archetypes of organ-specific autoimmunity. Despite intensive research, relative contribution genetic environmental factors to pathogenesis is not clear. Here, latest developments in understanding determinants these diseases discussed.
