摘要: PURPOSE OF THE STUDY The aim of this study was to present the results treatment deep chondral defects patella by transplantation a solid graft formed autologous cultured chondrocytes. MATERIAL AND METHODS Indications for chondrocyte implantation most frequently included acute trauma knee, particularly patella, which resulted in severe focal cartilage defect. lesions were assessed on basis Bessette and Hunter classification preoperatively, Outerbridge during arthroscopy.
