摘要: PURPOSE To investigate whether cornea verticillata affects corneal topography, tomography, densitometry, or biomechanics of Fabry patients with ocular manifestations and to compare these results those obtained from healthy subjects. METHODS This prospective, cross-sectional study included 23 (Fabry group) the 37 age- sex-matched subjects (control group). After comprehensive ophthalmological examinations, densitometry measurements were taken using Pentacam HR captured via Corvis ST for all participants. RESULTS All investigated topographic tomographic values similar in eyes disease (FD) controls (P > 0.05). The FD statistically significantly higher concentric zones layers, except posterior 0-2 mm 2-6 mm zones, compared (P < 0.05). mean A1 velocity, A2 deformation amplitude ratio, biomechanical index, Stiffness parameter at first applanation group different control However, length, biomechanically corrected intraocular pressure between groups (P = 0.317, P = 0.819, P = 0.468; respectively). CONCLUSION Although associated is not considered affect vision, it increased light backscattering reduced transparency as well altered properties.
