摘要: A comparison of orcein, rubeanic acid and rhodanine histochemical stains in serial sections liver from white perch (Morone americana) with abnormal hepatic copper storage is described. Staining reactions correlated well concentrations although the threshold was most problematic for acid. Orcein positive at a lower concentration than two other stains. Hepatocellular granules macrophage centres increased size number could be related to lysosomes, as described species.
