摘要: Breast cancer is the main neoplasm which affects women. It brings emotional problems in addition to physical and social due affecting a bodily symbol of femininity. The aim this study was investigate sexual life women with breast first year after surgical procedure, seeking meanings they attributed diagnosis its repercussions on sexuality. Ten who participated rehabilitation program were interviewed. In face interview their medical record analyzed. Two categories emerged from thematic analysis highlighting negative positive impacts disease life.
