摘要: In the present study, we have sought to determine basis for frequent failure of Th1 Th2 immune deviation blunt severity allograft rejection, as such has proven highly effective in treatment several T cell-dependent autoimmune states. Our study demonstrates that treating islet recipient mice with anti-IL-12 mAb is producing model systems (i.e., fully MHC, partially or multiple minor Ag barriers). Nevertheless, failed prolong engraftment MHC-mismatched allografts. However, anti-IL-12-treated recipients carrying MHC-matched but Ag-mismatched allografts experienced prolonged engraftment; tolerance was frequently achieved DBA/2J (H-2d) BALB/c strain combination. another model, which host response dominated by CD4+ cells responding donor allopeptides presented upon APCs context self MHC class II molecules, proved be extremely potent. Thus, produces compared when rejection dependent indirectly allogeneic peptides and a reduced mass alloreactive cells.
