摘要: Stakeholder participation in major infrastructure projects is a multi-faceted and controversial topic. This paper introduces some of the more immediate issues attempts to show that experience so-called first-world equally relevant third world. It suggests every project exists an ‘outer’ physical world ‘inner’ collective minds stakeholders, creation communications environment which two worlds can begin align essential success. now increasingly possible thanks internet mobile telephony and, as demonstrated by experiences on £6 billion Denmark–Sweden fixed link, it lead almost utopian working complete trust absolute integrity.
