摘要: This is a retrospective study of one surgeon's experience performing anteromedialization the tibial tubercle for treatment isolated patellofemoral arthritis in active older patients. Patients were included if they > 50 years at time surgery and had minimum follow-up 2 years. Outerbridge classifications documented by arthroscopy, alignment was evaluated clinically radiographically. Lysholm Fern pain scores obtained via mailed questionnaire or phone survey. A total 22 procedures performed on 17 patients who met inclusion criteria; 82% completed followup Mean age 55 77 months. postoperative score 83. Based scores, there 12 good to excellent, 6 fair, 1 poor outcomes. Anteromedialization definitive option
