摘要: This article describes the prevention and treatment of travellers’ diarrhoea, leading cause illness in people travelling abroad. The most common diarrhoea worldwide is bacterial pathogens, which account for up to 80% cases. Exercising caution over dietary selection personal hygiene method used reducing risk acquiring diarrhoea. Antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics bismuth subsalicylate have all been indicated this distressing condition. Treatments include antimotility agents, oral rehydration salts antibiotics.
