摘要: Cognitive radio networks have been proposed as a solution to both spectrum inefficiency and scarcity problems. However, they face unique challenge based on the fluctuating nature of heterogeneous bands well diverse service requirements various applications. In this paper, decision framework is determine set by considering application dynamic bands. To end, first, each characterized jointly primary user activity sensing operations. Based this, minimum variance-based for real-time applications, which minimizes capacity variance decided subject constraints. For best-effort maximum capacity-based where are maximize total network capacity. Moreover, resource management scheme developed coordinate adaptively dependent time-varying cognitive Simulation results show that methods provide efficient bandwidth utilization while satisfying requirements.
