摘要: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by the cerebral deposition of beta-amyloid (A beta). A beta plaques also occur in brains healthy aged individuals, and concentrations are increased cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) old age. Based on results from an vitro senescence model human fibroblasts, it was proposed that production precursor protein (APP) during aging. No information available as to whether APP augmented humans. It therefore aim present study analyze connective tissue, skeletal muscle, peripheral blood mononuclear cells, serum samples young individuals. assessed Northern Western blotting. The expression different isoforms studied reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technique. demonstrate messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) were identical tissue individuals there no age-dependent changes isoform pattern. Thus, our data strongly argue against possibility altered aging underline point models may not accurately reflect vivo situation.
