摘要: It is important to establish an efficient vascularization for the long-term acceptance of bioengineered skin equivalents treating cutaneous wounds diabetic rats with hindlimb ischemia. This study investigates possible use a collagen–chitosan sponge scaffold encapsulated thymosin beta 4 (CCSS-eTβ4), angiogenic factor, accelerate wound healing in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced CCSSs-eTβ4 was fabricated using freeze-drying method.
