摘要: The effect of Ni content on microstructure, hardness, and wear resistance was studied for the Cr 13 5 Si 2 -base intermetallic alloys toughened by Ni-base solid solution (y). Volume fraction microhardness primary dendrite as well average hardness / γ alloy decrease with increasing content. have excellent under dry sliding test conditions, which increases high contact load conditions decreases low is due to combination toughness formation a transferred cover layer worn surface during process. rate governed slow process microspalling or pullout cracked dendrites. extremely sensitivity load-sensitivity coefficient drastically increases.
