摘要: Abstract Yarrowia lipolytica is one of the most intensively investigated α-ketoglutaric acid (α-KG) producers. A series studies have been carried out, but enhancing production via application metabolic engineering and genetic associated with potential safety concerns in some countries regions. In this study, a high-throughput screening procedure was established to solve problem by an atmospheric room temperature plasma based random mutagenesis process. Among them, quinaldine red performed best. Based mutant (1-C6) successfully obtained from 2880 The titers α-KG produced 1-C6 enhanced 51.8% 45.4% compared those wild type 500-mL shake flasks 3-L fermenter, respectively. process here could well facilitate other similar organic acids or evolutionary processes.
