摘要: In the context of two different cultures - print cul- ture and electronic culture, or cyberculture -, this article seeks a clearer comprehension literacy opposing typographic digi- tal technologies reading writing. Through differences regarding writing space mechanisms producing, re- producing diffusing ideas, it argues that kinds lit- eracy is, social, cognitive discursive effects have resulted from such modalities written communi- cation. Since is not single, homogeneous phenomenon, finally suggests word should be used in its plural rather than singular form: literacies.
