摘要: Fusarium equiseti UMN-1 fungal strain isolated from soybean is selected as a potential oleaginous for biodiesel generation. It possesses desirable features, such high lipid content (up to 56%) and fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) (more than 98%) in total lipids, also has the capability produce cellulase. This research focused on investigation of characteristics this optimization culture conditions enhance production. Impact temperature, agitation, C/N ratio, medium composition, carbon nitrogen sources been observed, central composite design (CCD) applied improve accumulation. The optimum range concentrations was discovered, CCD model with optimized growth achieved maximum production 3.89 g/L. F. expected feasibility using microbial lipids strains source biofuels.
