摘要: We determined the maximum secretion of gastric acid and fasting serum levels pepsinogen I gastrin in Japanese patients with hyperplastic polyps or polypoid-type early carcinoma, comparing those findings observations control subjects. Both were significantly lower carcinoma than controls. Fasting higher other two groups These data demonstrated that combination hypochlorhydria, a low level I, hypergastrinemia (type-A gastritis) was common polyps, whereas hypochlorhydria without (type-B carcinoma.
